Cajun Stir Fry

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
    1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 14 oz bag frozedn broccoli florets
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1 tbsp cajun seasoning

Directions

Preheat wok, or frying pan. Add oil and shrimp, stir-fry until shrimp turns Pink. Stir in Broccoli, onion and cajun seasoning, stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes until vegatables are tender.
Can eat alone or serve over rice.
Makes 3 Servings
