Easy Pumpkin Bread

Introduction

This has a very subtle flavor. Because I used pumpkin pie mix I omitted adding any other spices, but feel free to add nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and clove if you wish. This has a very subtle flavor. Ingredients

    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    3/4 cup splenda
    2/3 cup vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup lowfat buttermilk
    1 cup flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsps. baking powder
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Mix all ingredients and pour into 9.5x5.5x2.75 bread pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
