Ingredients

    White Bread, 12 slice (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, whole (remove)
    Cured Ham, 16 oz (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 5.5 cup, shredded (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 6 large (remove)
    Milk, 3.25%, 3 cup (remove)
    *Dry Mustard, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Cornflake Crumbs, 3 cup (remove)
    Butter, salted, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350" . Spray 13 X9 pan with gooking spray. Spread half the bread cubes evenly in the pan. Add mushrooms and ham. Spread cheese on top spread on remaining half of bread cubes/ Mix together eggs. milk, onion salf and mustard. Pour over bread cubes and refrigerate overnight . Before baking combine cornflakes and melted butter spread over the top. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes
