Ingredients

    sautee onion, garlic, and rice in butter and oive oil til rice starts to turn golden brown; add wine and allow to reduce; add hot chicken stock one half cup at a time, stirring frequently and allowing to reduce between additions (rice will become creamy); after all stock has been added and reduced stir in pepper and cheese
