mixed fruit smoothie

    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 2 cup, unthawed
    Strawberries, fresh, 2 cup, sliced
    3 bananas, cut up
    Vanilla Cream Yogurt, 4 oz.
    *imitation vanilla flavoring, 2 tsp
    1 c. water


Blend together strawberries, blueberries and bananas.
Add milk and water and puree until blended. Add vanilla yogurt and vanilla flavoring. Blend well.
Serve cold.

Makes about 4 16 oz servings.
