5 minute microwave chocolate cake

Introduction

Not the healthiest dessert and I know others have written up versions with applesauce & splenda. It does however, keep me from eating more than 1 serving and is satisfying when you just need a quick chocolate fix. It does however, keep me from eating more than 1 serving and is satisfying when you just need a quick chocolate fix.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Begin with a medium to large coffee mug and add the following ingredients:

    4 TBSP flour
    4 TBSP sugar
    1 heaping TBSP cocoa powder
    2 TBSP milk
    2 TBSP oil (recipe calculated with canola oil)
    2 TBSP whisked egg

    Mix the above ingredients well.

    Add chocolate chips to top of batter as they will sink with microwaving. You may use as many chocolate chips as desired, but the recipe is calculated with about 15 normal sized chips.

    Microwave on high for 2 min & 30 seconds. The batter may rise over the edge which is ok. If it spills over the side, that is ok too, but be sure to use a bigger mug next time.

Makes a single mug serving.
