Mom's Parmesan Chicken

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 - 4 ounce Chicken breasts totaling 16 ounces or 1 lb
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 ounce Cilantro
    1 ounce Basil
    .5 tsp Black Pepper
    2 tsp Dijon Mustard

Directions

Coat chicken with mustartd. Sprinkle on pepper and herbs. Coat chidken with bread crumbs and Parmesan mixture. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 till golden brown.
