Murphy's Breakfast Egg Casserole

Ingredients

    1 Package Pillsbury Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
    1 Package Jimmy Dean Hearty Sausage Crumbles Turkey
    1 C. HEB Real Egg (can substitute Egg Beaters or Fresh Eggs but will need to adjust calorie content
    1.5 C Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

Layer the bottom of a 9x 13 inch baking dish with the full package of Crescent Rolls. (just unroll it as a solid sheet). Then pour 1 Cup of Real Egg (eggs or egg beaters can be used also) over the top. Then sprinkle turkey sausage crumbles on top of egg. Top off the entire dish with 1.5 C of Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Delicious!
Can be made with less cheese, and less sausage for a lighter, lower calorie/fat option.
