Homemade Oat Bars

Introduction

YUM. YUM.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 Cup flour
    2 cups oats
    4 Tbsp natural peanut butter
    3 oz raisins
    1/2 cup lite pancake syrup
    1/2 cup oil
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 egg

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Spread on baking sheet and cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut with pizza cutter or knife, makes about 15 servings.

Feel free to add or substitute raisins and peanut butter with chocolate chips, walnuts, etc. Get creative! Can probably replace sugar and syrup with honey or the like to reduce sugar.
