Betty's Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients

    Mix together tapioca, sugar, milk and egg and let it sit for 5 minutes. Bring to a full boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Remove from stove and let cool for 20 minutes. Stir in vanilla and serve warm or cold.
