Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    * Honey, 1 tbsp
    * Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
    * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    * Garlic powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Stir honey and soy sauce together until they become one liquid
Stir in one teaspoon of garlic powder
Heat chicken breast in pan on medium temperature until evenly browned on both sides
Remove chicken from pan, place on cutting board and chop into half-inch pieces
Place chicken back in pan
Add mixture
Cook on medium temperature for five minutes or until mixture is thick and sticky
Be sure to stir often to avoid burning
Serve on bed of rice, preferably with vegetables

Makes two servings.
