Summer Turkey Chili

Summer Turkey Chili

Ingredients

    Dice the onion
    mince the garlic
    zucchini should be chopped fairly thick.

Directions

In your largest pot saute onions and garlic in the olive oil.

Once they are transulucent add the ground turkey, cook over med high heat until browned.

Add canned tomatoes, beans, V8 and spices and simmer on low-medium heat for one hour.

In last hour add corn and zucchini.

We serve over some brown rice then top with some cheese and sour cream. Delish!
