Grilled Salmon

Introduction

I have never had salmon this good - and so easy! I have never had salmon this good - and so easy!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 Salmon Fillet
    2 tsp packed brown sugar
    2 oz white wine
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

Mix the sugar, wine and vinegar and pour over the salmon, leaving the bottom skin on to hold together. Let sit for 2-3 hours in the fridge to soak up the juice. Heat the grill to a medium temp.

When grill is ready, place the salmon directly onto the grill. Check at 5 minutes and every minute after as this cooks quickly!

Serve with steamed veggies or corn on the cob!
