Amazing smoothie! Just add all ingredients and blend for about a minute!
I just threw a bunch of stuff in my blender with protein power and ice and it turned out delicious and filling! So I thought I'd share.

I just threw a bunch of stuff in my blender with protein power and ice and it turned out delicious and filling! So I thought I'd share.

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 1 medium, sliced
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 0.5 cup
    Peaches, fresh, 0.5 cup slices
    Pineapple, fresh, 0.5 cup, diced
    Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein Vanilla (1 scoop)
    Milk, 1%, 0.5 cup
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.5 cup
    1 cup Ice

Directions

Makes 2 large servings about 15 ounces each or 4 smaller servings. I usually have one large serving for breakfast, and it will last me until dinner.
