Judy's Turkey Lasagna

Introduction

A little receipe someone gave me and I have modified it just a bit so I call it my own!! A little receipe someone gave me and I have modified it just a bit so I call it my own!!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Lean Ground Turkey
    Spagetti Sauce
    Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
    Cottage cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
    spices

Directions

Fry turkey, turkey sausage and spices in fry pan. Remove grease and add spagetti sauce once the turkey is thoughly cooked.

Layer Items starting with lasagna noodles, then cottage cheese, then turkey/sausage/sauce mixture. After first layer, spread a layer of mozzarella cheese then start layering again. Do not add mozzarella cheese to top layer. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. For the last 15 minutes remove foil and add final layer of mozzarella cheese. Lasagna is done when top layer of mozzarella is melted/browned to your likeness. Enjoy!
