Chicken Tortilla Soup

My favorite soup to make! My favorite soup to make!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    chop onions, jalepeno, and bell pepper and saute in olive oil until soft. Add beans and canned tomatoes with chilis. Add chicken broth and corn and bring to a simmer. Chop up chicken into bite size pieces and add to soup. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin powder to taste. Let the chicken boil for 10 minutes and then serve with low fat cheese! Omit the beans for less carbohydrates!

Directions

Makes about 4-5 big healthy servings!
