Ingredients

    1 cup Silk Light Soy Milk (plain)
    1/2 cup Stoneyfield Plain Lowfat Yogurt
    1/3 cup frozen strawberries
    1/3 cup frozen bananas
    1/3 cup frozen (can use fresh) kiwi
    2 packets Splenda

Directions

Blend all together in Smoothie Maker or blender for a rich, thick, healthy shake. It is a meal in itself.
