Taco Salad

Ingredients

    1 head of romaine lettuce
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 cup green peppers, chopped
    6 mushrooms, sliced
    2 flowerettes cauliflower, sliced and chopped
    16 oz extra lean ground beef, cooked
    6 radishes, sliced
    3 oz shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup salsa

Directions

Cooked the ground beef in a pan and add the Taco Seasoning according to the package. Serve over the salad with the salsa and cheese.
