IntroductionJust a simple Quinoa Salad Just a simple Quinoa Salad
Jicama Diced - 1/4 cup
Grape Tomatoes Halved - 1 cup
Celery Thinly Sliced - 1 stalk
Olives Cut- 1/2 cup
Ginger Minced - A thumb
Shallot Minced - 1 piece
Parsley - 1 handful
Quinoa - 2 cups
1) Put quinoa to 4 cups of water.
2) Bring to boil then reduce heat.
3) Cover until sprouted.
Cooking start to finish 10 - 15 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together.
Great with a spray or two of Amino Braggs.
