Warm Apple Yogurt with Granola

Ingredients

    1 T coconut oil
    2 medium granny smith apples, sliced thin
    1 T agave nectar
    1/2 c non-fat Greek yogurt
    1/2 c low fat granola

Directions

Preheat pan at low to medium heat and add coconut oil.
Add apples and stir to coat evenly with warm oil.
Cook apples for about 5 mins over low to medium heat until they are soft and browned, but not mushy.
Turn off heat and add agave, stirring to coat apples evenly.
Split apples between two bowls and top with yogurt and granola.
Enjoy!
