Introduction

Hearty and Easy Beef Stew in the Crock Pot. Hearty and Easy Beef Stew in the Crock Pot.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2lbs Beef, bottom round.
    4 Cups All Natural Chicken Broth, fat-free, no MSG.
    5 Medium Carrots
    5 Medium Celery Stalks
    1 Large Onion
    1 can Hunts Diced Tomatoes
    4 Medium Potatoes
    2 cups water
    Salt, Pepper, and other seasonings and herbs to taste.

Directions

Add 2 pounds of Bottom Round roast, cubed into crock pot. Chop all veggies into bite size pieces and add into crock pot.
Add 1 can (15 ounce) of tomatoes, 4 cups of chicken broth and 2 cups water to crock pot. Season as desired with salt, pepper, herbs and spices and stir till mixed.

Cook for 8 hours in Crock Pot.

Makes 8 hearty servings.
