pat's potato soup

Ingredients

    3 medium potatoes, peeeled and diced . 2cups water . 2 large onions chopped, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 cup flour, 3 cups skim milk, 1 cup shredded cheese, 1 cup cooked diced ham, 2 tsp. sugar

Directions

Boil potatoes until almost soft. Keep one cup of liquid. Sautee onions in butter. Add flour. Season to taste (not included in nutrional value). Cook about 2 minutes. Gradually add l cup otato liquid andmilk. Add sugar, cheese, and ham. Simmer on low for 20-30 minutes.
