Baked Parmesan Chicken for Kim

Ingredients

    3 lbs skinless boneless breasts or tenders
    6 Tbs butter, divided
    1c dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c Parmesan grated
    1/4 c dry parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions

preheat oven to 350 deg.
Melt 3 Tbs butter in each of 2 9x13 pans.
Place chicken pieces in melted butter, turning to coat. Mix dry ingredients and sprinkle evenly over chicken.
Bake covered for approximately 40 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken pieces.
(chicken tenders serving size is 2 pieces)
