Chicken and Turkey Pita Burgers

Ingredients

Sauce:
1/4 c. Canola Mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
Burgers:
1/4 - 1/3 c. chopped onion
2 T. tomato sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ginger
8 oz ground turkey
8 oz ground chicken
cooking spray
8 small lettuce leaves
Directions
1. Add sauce ingredients together, cover and chill
2. Add burger ingredients up to and including the ground chicken in a large bowl. Combine thoroughly. Divide mixture into 8 portions, shaping each into a patty.
3. Heat large pan and cook patties to desired state of done. Arrange a lettuce leaf, one patty, and about 1 1/2 tsp sauce in your choice of 1/2 pita bread, lavash bread or other wrap.
