Bev's Curry Broccoli Bake

Introduction

This is a great recipe if you're avoiding heavy carbs (rice, potatoes, bread, etc..). This is a great recipe if you're avoiding heavy carbs (rice, potatoes, bread, etc..).
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    * Broccoli, frozen, 2 package (10 oz) (remove)
    * Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    * Curry powder, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Cut your cooked chicken into cubes. Mix the curry and cream of mushroom soup together in a bowl. Add all ingredients into a casserole dish. Put in the oven on 350 for 30 minutes.

***You can serve this over rice if desired***
