Ingredients

    Butter Ball Dinner Turkey Sausage 14oz Package
    13 large scrambled eggs
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    2 cups shredded colby and monterey jack cheese
    Pillsbury Thin Pizza Crust dough found near the eggs.
    TO TASTE:
    Salt
    Garlic powder
    Pepper

Directions

slice butterball turkey sausage into "pepperoni's" and fry them until browned
scramble 13 eggs with onions (I use spray on Olive oil or Canola oil)
spread out pizza crust dough on a cookie sheet
Layer #1 1 cup of the cheese on the dough
Layer #2 scrambled eggs with onions
Layer #3 2nd cup of the cheese
Layer #4 "Turkey Sausage Pepperoni"

Bake in the oven (425 degrees for 15 minutes) using the directions for the pie crust, note you can add a few minutes since we piled the crust pretty high. Also, you can refrigerate after assembly the night before for a quick satisfying meal the next morning!

Makes 16 servings!
