Ingredients

    1 cup Silk Light Soy Milk
    1/2 cup Stoneyfarm Organic lowfat plain yogurt
    1/4 cup pitted prunes
    1 cup frozen sliced bananas

Directions

Blend together in smoothie maker and serve. Makes 2 thick rich servings.
