Yummy light salad with flax seeds for omega 3, and peanuts for protein Yummy light salad with flax seeds for omega 3, and peanuts for protein
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 ounces broccoli slaw
    2 ounces (or less to taste) dry roasted peanuts
    4 tsp. flax seeds
    4 Tbsp ( or less to taste) Kraft Asian toasted sesame dressing

Directions

Toss all ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Serve immediately.

1 serving= 3 ounces of broccoli slaw, 1 Tbsp dressing, 1 tsp. flax seeds and .5 ounce (approximately whole 18 peanuts) peanuts
