Egg Drop Soup

Introduction

This is just like the egg drop soup you get in restaurants, only with low sodium or in my case, homemade chicken stock, its way low sodium, but big on taste! This is just like the egg drop soup you get in restaurants, only with low sodium or in my case, homemade chicken stock, its way low sodium, but big on taste!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 cups chicken broth or stock, low sodium or homemade
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1-2 green onions, chopped
    1/4 teaspoon white pepper
    salt to taste
    dash of sesame oil (if desired)

Directions

1. Bring chicken stock or broth to boil. Add pepper and salt.
2. Slowly drizzle in beaten egg, stirring gently.
3. Toss in green onions, and if desired, sesame oil.
4. Serve hot, refridgerate leftovers for up to three days in the fridge!
