Cod in Green Sauce

Introduction

Healthy Cod in veggie sauce. You can do this in the oven and use any other white fish. Healthy Cod in veggie sauce. You can do this in the oven and use any other white fish.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 Cod Fillets (around 5 oz each)
    1 cup Celery with leaves
    3 garlic cloves
    1 small onion
    1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
    1/4 tsp Curry powder
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F

In a food processor place celery, garlic cloves, onion, lime juice, curry powder, blend until finely chopped.

Salt up the Fish.

Cover a baking sheet with foil paper, spray with pam. Place Fish on the baking sheet, and fully cover with green mix.
Bake in oven 15 minutes or until done.

Serve with a nice Salad* suggestion, not counted on recipe.
