Scones

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup white flour
    1 cup whole-wheat flour
    4 tsp baking powder
    100g Olivani lite
    2/3 cup non-fat milk
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Turn oven to 400F or 200C. Keep all ingredients chilled. Mix dry ingredients. Rub in butter until mixture looks a little like breadcrumbs. Mix in milk without overmixing. Make into even shaped mound on a greased baking tray. Cut into 12 squares with a sharp knife. Separate scones by 3 cm. Bake in middle of oven until browned on top.

Serve hot with spreads :)
