Country Style Chicken and Noodles

Introduction

Lots of veggies with left over roast chicken. Fast and Easy. If you don't have leftover chicken, 2 chicken breasts will also work. Serve with cornbread or biscuits and a glass of milk. Ingredients

    5 cups water
    3/4 cup roast chicken, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    3-4 carrots, coarsely shredded or diced
    3/4 cup frozen corn, no salt
    1 cup fresh shredded coleslaw mix
    2 tbs chicken granules
    3 oz. Country Pasta Homestyle Noodles(dry)
    Ground pepper to taste.

Directions

Cook vegetables, granules, and meat in water until water boils. Add noodles and cook until noodles are tender. Season with pepper to taste. Makes 4 - 1 cup servings.
