Grandma's stuffing...redone

Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    3 lbs. extra-lean ground turkey
    1 lb. turkey sausage
    1 1/2 packages plain bread crumbs
    1 tsp. sage
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1 large onion, diced
    32 oz low sodium, reduced fat chicken broth
    4-5 ribs of celery, diced

Directions

1. Brown sausage and ground turkey. Drain off excess fat/oil.
2. Add bread crumbs, sage, egg beaters, and diced onion.
3. Add chicken broth- to moisten. *You don't need to use it all.
4. Add diced celery.
5. Transfer to casserole dish... bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
