Fresh Apple - Carrot Juice

Introduction

You must have a juicer to make this. Very simple and delicous. You must have a juicer to make this. Very simple and delicous.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 large Red Delicious Apple
    1 large carrot

Directions

Wash both apple and carrot. Trim blossom and stem ends of apple and top of carrot. Run carrot through juicer first, then apple. Makes 1 serving, about 2/3 cup. It takes longer to set up and clean the juicer that it does to make it, so you may want to multiply the recipe and refrigerate or freeze the remaining juice.
