Pumpkin Banana Whole Wheat Pancakes

Introduction

This is a great fall breakfast! This is a great fall breakfast!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    3 cups Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancake Mix
    2 cups Milk
    3 Egg Whites
    1 cup Pumpkin
    1 medium banana (mashed)
    2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Using a 1/3 cup measure, pour batter onto griddle. Flip pancakes when they are bubbling on top and cooked around the edges. Cook another minute more and serve hot.

Makes 18 pancakes.
