Michelle's BBQ Meatloaf

Introduction

This is a homemade family meatloaf recipe I have tweaked so that my husband likes it. This is a homemade family meatloaf recipe I have tweaked so that my husband likes it.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1/4 cup onion (chopped)
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 bottle of Kraft Hickory smoke BBQ sauce
    1 large egg
    3/4 cup Quaker 1-minute oats (dry)

Directions

Combine the ground beef, onion, pepper , egg, oats and 1/2 the BBQ sauce in a mixer and mix well. Transfer mixture to a medium size bread pan and form a loaf. Create a "well" using your finger (only finger width deep) down the length of the meatloaf. Pour the remaining BBQ sauce along the top of the loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.

You may use any flavor of BBQ sauce, this is just our favorite.
