Ingredients

    10oz 100% Apple Juice
    1 cup mixed FROZEN fruit

    I use 1/2 a cup of two different types of frozen fruit to equal a cup.

    You can add protein powder to this as well.

Directions

I use a cup of any type of frozen fruit. I like pineapple & mango, strawberry & banana, and raspberry & pineapple. Add it all to the blender and mix!
