Introduction

simple to make and not expensive--tastes great simple to make and not expensive--tastes great
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    12 cups low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese
    1 6 oz. package of pepperoni slices
    1 large can spaghetti sauce
    4 6.5 oz packages of Martha White pizza crust mix
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cups hot water

Directions

prepare pizza crust mix according to package directions--(hint--mix the packages with hot water, stir until dough forms, coat ball with olive oil, cover dough in bowl with a towel. let sit for 5 minutes--dough will expand and be ready)

form dough into three medium cookie sheet pans-cook on bottom rack of oven at 475 degrees for five minutes--remove from oven--now you can top with the ingedients

put about 1 cup of sauce on each cooked pizza crust. top with 4 cups of cheese generously(can use less if you like)
top with pepperoni

put back into oven at 475 degrees (middle rack) and cook until cheese is melted and slightly browned about 10 minutes.

Makes 24 generous slices
