Buffalo Chicken Dip

Introduction

Designed to fill a crock pot, a combination of other recipes suited to my taste. Serve with Tortilla Chips, Pita Chips, Crackers, etc... Designed to fill a crock pot, a combination of other recipes suited to my taste. Serve with Tortilla Chips, Pita Chips, Crackers, etc...
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    6 Chicken Breasts
    32 oz Light Cream Cheese
    16 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    16 oz Blue Cheese Dressing
    16 oz Frank's Red Hot

Directions

Boil Chicken Breasts.
While this is cooking, Combine the Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, and Dressing in a large crock pot. Put it on high, stirring occassionally until all melts together.
Cut / shred the chicken as fine as possible (I use my Quick Chop, which does an excellent job)
Add the chicken.
Stir in the hot sauce to taste.
I recommend letting it sit on low for at least an hour to meld the flavors.
