    1 cups 1% milk, steamed and foamed
    2 T Benefiber
    2 shots fine grind espresso
    4 pumps Torani Sugar Free Brown Sugar Cinnamon syrup
    2 Splenda packets (or 2 tsp of the baking volume equal measure stuff)

Directions
