Ingredients



    * Tofu, firm, 1 block (or use soft)
    * Granulated Sugar, .33 cup
    * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 3 tbsp
    * Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    * Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process for 1 min. Divine into 4 serving dishes and chill for at least and hour or until thickened. If desired garnish with raspberries, strawberries, or cocoa nibs.
