Great for those weekend mornings when you have to eat early, but want to sleep as long as possible. With this dish, breakfast is ready when you wake up! Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 c steal cut oats
    2 c nonfat milk
    2 c water
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Combine oats, milk, water, vanilla and cinnamon in slow cooker or crock pot. Cook on low for 9 hours.

Optional: Serve by topping with almonds, brown sugar, raisins, etc.

Serves 4.
