Baked apple chicken

Ingredients

    200 grams chicken, cubed
    each apple, finely chopped
    2 tbl apple cider vinegar
    0.2 tsp cinnamon
    1 dash cayenne
    1 pinch stevia

Directions

Makes 1 serving
Preparation:
Lightly brown chicken in lemon juice. Add chopped apple and evenly coat with a mixture of apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, stevia, cinnamon, cayenne and pinch of salt. Put in small baking dish and add additional vinegar and lemon juice. Serve with apple slices baked with chicken @375 for 15min.
