Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    * 1 whole chicken breast (cut lengthwise in half)

    *1\4 to 1\2 pacet Hidden Valley dill dip seasoning

    * 3 tbsp olive oil mayo

    * Cooking spray for pan

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F

Spray pan with cooking spray

Mix together mayo & dill dip seasoning

Spread mixture on both sides of chicken pieces

Place in pan & into heated oven

Cook for approx 30 mins or until meat thermometer reads 170F

** Tastes great with Garlic mashed (or pan fried) potatoes
