Peanut Butter Bars

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 Jar PB2
    1 Cup Water
    2 c Old Fashioned Oats
    6 Scoops Protein Powder ( I use vanilla Revolutionary Nutrition-more protein less calories that the one I could find on here)
    1/4 C Stevia, Splenda if desired
    1 Small box Raisins (the 130 calorie box)

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients
Stir in wet ingredients
Pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan sprayed with Pam

Bake approx 15 min @ 350
Let Cool. Cut into 16 bars
Put 1 bar into snack size zip lock baggie and store in freezer

These are so easy and so much better for you than a pre-packaged bar you buy at store.
