Ingredients

    Pumpkin, water, bacon, onion, coconut cream, seasonings

Directions

Place pumpkin and half cover with water into the crockpot, add bacon, onion and seasonings to taste (or whatever is leftover in the fridge). Cook on low for the day.
Use stick blender to blend then add coconut cream - serve.
