Ingredients

    1 banana
    1-2 cups of spinach
1 cup Silk Light (or dairy milk - Silk has fewer calories)

Optional: 1T Peanut Butter (add calories)

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. Add ice. Blend. Enjoy :)

  • This was really good, you cannot taste the spinach. I made it almond milk. I will be making this often. - 1/28/13

  • Yum! I used half coconut water (for electrolytes) and half kefir (for good bacteria and other things) instead of soymilk or milk. Very nice! - 11/29/11

  • I simply love spinach in my smoothies, I normally would add plain yogurt instead of the banana and a nut or two. - 11/29/11
