Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup (remove)
*Flour, white, .33 cup (remove)
Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
*Pumpkin Pie spice, .5 tbsp (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
*Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 16 tsp (remove)
Mott's Applesauce, Natural (unsweetened), 4 oz snack cup, 111 grams (remove)
Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Mix together oatmeal, flour, baking soda/powder, salt and pie spice.
In seperate bowl, whisk egg and brown sugar blend. Add pumpkin, oil and applesauce. Mix well.
Lightly combined dry mix into wet. You can make 12 of these muffins for less calories (92.3), however, I had to make 8 larger ones because I ran out of muffin liners.
