.33 cup Margarine, soft
.25 cup packed Brown Sugar
.5 cup Honey
2 cups Regular Oats Cereal
1 cup Wheat bran, crude
.25 cup Sesame Seeds
1 cup hulled Sunflower Seeds
4 tbsp ground flax seed
.25 cup Wheat germ
Add sugar and honey, stir and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Combine oats, bran, seeds, flax and wheat germ in large bowl.
Stir in honey mixture.
Press firmly into lightly greased 11 x 7 inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool and cut into squares.
