Grilled Fish

Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs white fish (I used cod)
    1/2 cup light italian dressing
    grated parmesan cheese..optional but figured into the calories

Directions

In a large baggy, marinate fillets in salad dressing in refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes.
Place marinated fillets in a hinged basket thats been coated with non stick cooking spray
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
grill for about 10 minutes per inch-thickness of fish or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
To make indoors: preheat broiler and brush broiler pan with oil (not figured into calories)place fish on pan, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and broil 4 inches from the broiler unit and cook for 10 minutes per inch-thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
